Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or approved deposit
• Studio rooms are available for booking in minimum 1-hour slots
• Maximum booking duration is 12 hours per session
• Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance
• Walk-in sessions are subject to availability

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Studio rates are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Timeline

Emergency Cancellations

In case of genuine emergencies (medical, family, etc.), we may offer alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

General Conduct

• Respect the studio space and equipment at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on the premises
• Food and beverages are permitted but must be kept away from equipment
• Maximum capacity limits must be observed for safety reasons
• Noise levels must be contained within booked studio space

Equipment Usage

• All provided equipment must be used responsibly and as intended
• Report any technical issues immediately to studio staff
• Do not attempt to modify or repair equipment yourself
• Personal equipment can be used with prior approval
• Set-up and breakdown time is included in your booking
